One reason for the increasing number of complaints is clearly the result of sites and independent contractors have increased their efforts in marketing solutions for the repair of the wafer. The genesis of the problems

My review of about a dozen complaints against inspectors indicates that almost all of them had problems because (1) could not find the plate, or (2) does not give advice appropriate for the client. In least three cases, the client keeps the blisters that are much worse, shortly after the investigation, a claim that is dubious at best. Otherwise, it was alleged that the bulb is only a few months later.

Frankly, it is difficult to put much blister in the stock syndrome mystery. Despite its well-known bulbs that have significantly changed their profile in response to changing environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity and dry after being towed by a period of time, but I see a case which retrenched blisters are not easily observable under appropriate conditions. I have not heard of no documented cases in which the blisters developed rapidly (The only exception was known in Hatteras yacht while using a thick bottom because gelcoat painted their helmets). The minimum time of development of new vessels seems to be about three years, but usually much longer.
